With 19 years of experience in the culinary and pastry arts, he has dedicated his career to transmitting professional expertise and guiding thousands of students toward excellence.
Specialized in French haute pâtisserie, modern entremets, fine chocolate making, cake design, trompe-l'œil, and cake canette, he develops innovative training programs combining technical mastery, creativity, and entrepreneurial vision.
